Welcome to Dominics & Marys . These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.dominicsandmarys.com and all purchases made through our website.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

Dominics & Marys is an online apparel brand specializing in:

  • Custom T-Shirt Printing

  • Church Apparel

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately.

However:

  • Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

  • Product images are for illustration purposes.

  • Minor variations in print placement, fabric texture, stitching, or color shades are considered normal manufacturing variations and do not constitute defects.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include applicable GST only where specifically mentioned.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

5. Orders

Your order becomes confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by Dominics & Marys.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any order

  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders

  • Limit purchase quantities

  • Request additional verification where necessary

If an order is cancelled after payment, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Custom Printing Orders

For personalized and custom printed products:

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that:

  • Uploaded artwork is accurate.

  • Spellings are correct.

  • Logos are owned by them or used with proper authorization.

  • Images are of sufficient quality.

Dominics & Marys will print exactly as approved by the customer.

We are not liable for errors in customer-submitted artwork, text, colors, logos, or designs after final approval.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use any artwork, logo, design, trademark, or other content submitted for printing.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Dominics & Marys harmless from any claims arising from infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Order Approval

For custom orders requiring design approval:

Production will commence only after the customer has approved the final artwork, mock-up, or design proof.

Once approved, no further changes may be possible.

9. Payment

We accept payments through approved payment gateways.

Dominics & Marys does not store debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, CVV, or banking credentials.

All payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers.

10. Shipping

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only.

Delivery may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Force majeure events

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address.

11. Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

Additional shipping charges due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery may be borne by the customer.

12. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

A. Standard (Non-Custom) Products

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused.

  • It is unworn.

  • Original tags are attached.

  • Original packaging is intact.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

B. Custom Printed Products

Because every custom item is made specifically for the customer:

Custom printed products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded solely because of:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Customer spelling mistakes

  • Customer design errors

  • Color expectations based on monitor differences

  • Late event requirements caused by courier delays outside our control

C. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A manufacturing defect

  • An incorrect item

  • A wrong size due to our production error

  • A printing defect caused by us

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the package

  • Description of the issue

After verification, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the product

  • Reprint the order

  • Repair the product where appropriate

  • Issue a full or partial refund

D. Cancellation Policy

Standard Products

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

If already shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Custom Orders

Custom printing begins soon after artwork approval.

Once production has started:

  • Cancellation is not permitted.

  • Refunds are not available.

E. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Actual credit timelines depend on your payment provider or bank.

13. Warranty Disclaimer

Except where required by law, products are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dominics & Marys shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruption

  • Delayed deliveries beyond our reasonable control

  • Customer-uploaded content errors

  • Courier-related delays after dispatch

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

15. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringing content.

  • Upload malware or malicious code.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

16. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kottayam, Kerala, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Dominics & Marys reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
